Fast Turnaround Time

Business expectations vary from one client to another and Klutech makes sure to offer shipping options that suit every customer's needs. Orders are expected to be delivered as fast as 1 – 2 days for those that choose quicker shipping options!

Turnaround time is the time for print to complete AFTER art has been approved and payment has been received and does not include shipping transit time.

If you are providing the art/graphic, you are responsible for submitting print-ready files (resolution of 350 dpi, CMYK color mode, correct bleed, etc.).

Art/Graphic's provided by Klutech includes up to 3 revisions. For art/graphic's where multiple designs are requested, up to 3 revisions will be made to the selected design only. Additional revisions can be purchased for $10.00 per revision thereafter.

Please note that due to the nature of our full-color printing (CMYK), we cannot print every color available. We do not color match; however, we offer the print industry's standard phrase of respectable color and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided as possible.
