* Software Ownership & Licensing - All websites and services are provided under a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription. All code, designs, and files remain the exclusive property of Klutech and are licensed for use only during the active subscription term. Upon cancellation, termination, or expiration, no files, code, or assets will be transferred or made available for migration to another provider.
1 Informational Pages & Pricing - Informational pages are static content pages (e.g., About Us, Contact, Services, Terms & Conditions, etc.). Additional pages require upgrading your package or incur a $50 one-time setup fee per page plus $10/month per group of five pages (rounded up). Apex Package subscribers may add pages at the same per-page rates without upgrading.
2 Instagram Integration - Any features requiring Instagram connectivity require a public Business Instagram account and authorized login credentials to authenticate through Instagram's Account Security Center. Klutech is not responsible for disruptions caused by Instagram API changes or third-party policy updates.
3 SEO Keywords - Packages include a set number of SEO keywords. Additional keywords require upgrading to the next package; Apex Package subscribers may add keywords at $10/month per keyword group.
4 API Integrations & Third-Party Services - Integrations with third-party APIs may require additional setup fees and monthly service costs, both from Klutech and the API provider. Klutech is not responsible for any service changes, outages, pricing adjustments, or policy modifications made by third-party providers.
5,6 E-Commerce & Payment Processing - Online store functionality requires a merchant processing account and a payment gateway. These services may require applications, underwriting, and approval by third-party banks and processors, which are not guaranteed. Clients may use their own merchant account if compatible with Klutech's gateway. Processing fees apply to all transactions, including successful payments, voided transactions, and refunds. Chargebacks and related costs are billed per your merchant processor's terms.
7 Email Marketing & Compliance - Email campaigns must comply with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA. Emails may only be sent to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive marketing communications. Violations may result in suspension or termination of email services.
Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellations - All subscriptions are for a one-year term and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Clients may disable auto-renewal through their Klutech account. No refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription term except as required by law or stated in the Subscription Agreement.
Third-Party Trademarks & Logos - All third-party logos, product names, and trademarks displayed on our websites or marketing materials are the property of their respective owners. Use of such marks does not imply endorsement.
